Doctoral Degree Successfully Completed

Lukasz Wisniewski, Research Group Leader at inIT, successfully completed his doctoral degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.

His colleagues surprised him with a cake.

Dr. Lukasz Wisniewski (3rd from left) together with Prof. Dr.-Ing Roberto Leidhold (Chairman of the Committee), Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christian Diedrich (First Examiner), Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Jasperneit (Second Examiner) and Prof. Dr. Thilo Sauter (Third Examiner).

Lukasz Wisniewski, Research Group Leader at inIT, successfully completed his doctorate degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. His dissertation with the title: "New methods to engineer and seamlessly reconfigure time triggered Ethernet-based Systems during Runtime based on the Profinet IRT Example" was developed within the research group of Prof. Jürgen Jasperneite. Wisniewski developed a procedure for a fast calculation of communication plans for Real Time-Ethernetsystems in toplogogies with redundancy features. This procedure makes possible a fast reconfiguration of time-controlled real time communication systems.

inIT congratulates and is pleased that Lukasz Wisniewski will continue working at our institute.
