inIT employees present their research results at the Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum Paderborn

Our institute's research is firmly anchored in the region of East Westphalia-Lippe. So it is only logical that inIT employees were invited to two recent events at the Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum in Paderborn to present and discuss some of the results of their research projects in the circle of science and business.

The it's OWL strategy conference of the technology network "Intelligent Technical Systems OstWestfalenLippe" on 21 March 2023 was entirely dedicated to "Industry.Zero", under which the sustainable creation of value through intelligent technical systems is to be further advanced. inIT employee André Bröring presented here how the project "AutoS²: Automatic evaluation and monitoring of safety&Security properties for intelligent technical systems" creates opportunities to guarantee the validation of the safety of machines and systems in flexible and dynamic environments.

Maxim Friesen and Arne Neumann visited the DigitaleZukunft@OWL congress on 09 March 2023. At this event, the focus was on personal, professional exchange on the role of digitalisation for innovation and sustainability in workshops, forums and an exhibition. Also present: the project "5G4Industry: 5G networks for industrial use - from core to access", in which new methods of short- and long-term management of various resource types were developed to enable digitisation. Together with other project partners, the two inIT employees demonstrated their added value to the numerous interested congress visitors using the use case of a 5G-supported augmentation in a maintenance operation.
