BVAu 2022: Deadline extended

The annual colloquium "Bildverarbeitung in der Automation (BVAu)" has been dedicated to the challenges of machine vision in technical systems and automation since 2010. The BVAu serves as a discussion platform for current scientific issues and technical implementations of industrial image processing systems.

The Institute Industrial IT (inIT) of the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences and Arts invites you to this year's event on November 02, 2022 at the Innovation Campus Lemgo.

The focus of BVAu this year will be on machine learning (deep learning) and image processing on resource-constrained systems, among others (All focus areas can be found on our website).

The deadline for the submission of abstracts has been extended to August 26, 2022. We are pleased to point out that there is also the possibility of a presentation only. Please note here that this is not a promotional event.

Abstracts of 300-500 words can be submitted at www.jk-bvau.de. There you will also find the main topics of the conference and further information about the colloquium.

With Prof. Dr.-Ing. Franz Kummert from the Research Institute for Cognition and Robotics (CoR-Lab) and his keynote: "Salienzerkennung mit neuronalen Netzen zur Qualitätskontrolle am Beispiel der Loch- und Fleckerkennung von Wäsche" we were able to win an interesting opener for the BVAu 2022.
