At various stations, you can gain insights into robotics, artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0 technologies and exchange ideas with campus employees. Whether it's soldering, creating an individual portrait using artificial intelligence or the live production of popcorn - our program offers something for everyone!
Program highlights:
- A-Lab: Discover innovation! Explore a variety of machines and tools.Highlight: soldering basics and 3D printer demos. Create your own goodie to take home!
- Photo box: Creative real-time experiences! Let Neural Style Transfer surprise you! Choose a style, smile for the camera and your artwork is ready to go.
- Industry 4.0 meets popcorn: Our teaching demonstrator will show you how modular automation works! Take production into your own hands and come along. Start the modules at the touch of a button and experience how corn is processed in real time.
Fraunhofer IOSB-INA has also planned other great hands-on activities, games and lab tours for the day.
The Open Factory Day will take place as part of the Open Day of the Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe (TH OWL). There will therefore be many other activities and events throughout the Innovation Campus Lemgo that you can discover on the day.
The SmartFactoryOWL is a joint facility of the Fraunhofer IOSB-INA and the TH OWL. Come along and take a look at the factory of the future! Registration is not necessary.
