Markus Brüning has been working on the Innovation Hub Connected Food Production project from September 2025 to May 2026. His research focuses on sensor data processing for quality control in food production.
Since June 2026 Mr. Brüning is working for Prof. Witte, Prof. Trsek and Prof. Heiss.
