Analyse von Entscheidungsprozessen beim VDI/VDE 2193 Bieterverfahren

The bidding procedure according to VDI/VDE 2193 enables negotiations between Industrie 4.0 components. However, the implementation of such Industrie 4.0 components, which are characterized by proactive asset administration shells, is not clearly defined. In particular, the decision-making processes in the bidding process, in which the negotiating participants are to determine whether to accept or reject a bid, pose a challenge in the implementation. In this paper, a concrete use case from order-driven production is described. Based on the use case, we analyze which criteria are necessary for the decision processes and how these and the decision processes can be integrated in proactive asset administration shells. For this purpose, we show a possible implementation variant of proactive asset administration shells. These are essentially realized with asset administration shell applications and reactive asset administration shells, which can interact with each other by means of partial submodles such as the "BiddingprocedureConfig" described here.
