itsowl-TT-InDeO: Intelligente Inspektion von 3D-emaillierten Oberflächen

01.09.2016 bis 10.10.2017

The aim of the transfer project is to work out if it is possible to examine enamelled surfaces of bathtubs, shower tubs, and wash basins by intelligent systems with regard to typical error patterns. Typical error patterns are caused by external particles/contaminations in the enamel or by contaminations during production. Such a system is currently not available on the market and first, it will be important to define which error patterns can be detected by measurement systems. The goal of the project is to develop a feasibility study supported by measurement technology showing the realisation possibilities under consideration of a quality control of customised products. Due to Bette's Industry 4.0 activities we will especially consider how quality control measures can be integrated in the overall process.
