Hands-on AI
The exhibition features a wide variety of exhibits, including several interactive stations developed by inIT as part of the AI Academy OWL project. These range from a deepfake demonstrator that superimposes your face onto that of a well-known personality, to AI-supported image generation that turns selfies into works of art in the style of the Weser Renaissance, to an AI telephone that enables direct voice interaction with an AI. The Cycling4AI bicycle ergometer also illustrates how much energy a single AI prompt requires.
Other inIT contributions demonstrate how AI learns from data and translates creative prompts into new image ideas.
Prof. Dr. Markus Lange-Hegermann, who is providing technical support for the exhibition on behalf of inIT, is delighted about the expansion:
“I am very pleased that we are able to inspire so many people with our topics and demonstrators. It's also great that the extension will now give even more people the opportunity to visit the exhibition.”
A destination for the winter months
Especially now, when it's getting colder outside or you have some days off, it's particularly worthwhile to visit the exhibition. It combines art, history, and technology in an accessible way – suitable for visitors of all ages.
