Viktoria Mordaschew

Viktoria Mordaschew has been working in the Human-Technology Interaction working group at inIT since 2025 and is a research assistant in the ProFuture@THOWL project.
Her research focuses on the interface between human-machine interaction and ergonomics. The aim of her work is to design solutions that support employees with different abilities, thereby promoting participation, motivation, and performance. The focus is on researching and designing adaptive, user-oriented systems that meet the diverse requirements of modern working environments. 
Her doctoral thesis deals with the use of gamification in production environments.
