Laura Moradbakhti

Dr Laura Moradbakhti will establish and lead a group on the research topic of ‘AI and digital assistance systems in healthcare’ as part of the PROFuture funding programme. In cooperation with the Health Office Lippe, she is conducting research as a tandem postdoc on the topic of ‘Artificial intelligence for digital assistance systems to improve health literacy in the population‘.
Previously, Dr Moradbakhti was a senior project manager for UX research at TARGOBANK and a postdoctoral researcher at the Digital Mental Health Lab at RWTH Aachen University Hospital and the Wellbeing Technologies Lab at the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London.
Her research focuses on digital health and wellbeing, digital assistance systems, human-technology interaction, technology acceptance, technology design to support psychological needs, AI ethics and social robotics.
