Meet the Team
Prof. Dr.

Jessica Rubart

Professor Jessica Rubart, PhD, has been a member of the inIT Board of Directors since December 2025 and has headed the Business Information Systems research group at TH OWL since 2010. Her work focuses on the software development and testing of user-centered, data-driven information systems at the intersection of people, organization, and technology.

A key focus of her research is the integration of modern AI technologies—particularly eXplainable AI (XAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)—into business applications for purposes such as decision support, process control, and optimization. Through this expertise, she strengthens inIT’s focus on digital transformation, intelligent systems, interactive assistance solutions, and secure, distributed IT architectures.
