Jan Ehlenbröker

Jan Ehlenbröker has been a research associate since 2024, focusing on the development and application of machine learning methods in the context of industrial process optimisation. He is currently working on the OptiCoil project – AI-supported process optimisation for sustainable steel spring production – which focuses on the process optimisation of winding processes and their interaction with coil properties. The aim of the project is to analyse and optimise existing steel spring production facilities using machine intelligence in order to minimise steel scrap.
