Hitesh Dhiman

Hitesh Dhiman is a doctoral candidate in Information Systems at the TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts and University of Rostock, and a research assistant at inIT since 2018. He started his academic journey at the National University of Singapore (NUS), following which he gained professional experience as an embedded software engineer for various multinational corporations. Pondering the question “what makes life good, and how can technology contribute to it?”, he is interested in interdisciplinary HCI research at the intersections of psychology, philosophy, and technology. His research explores methods to improve the design and development of digital systems to enhance users' skills and eudaimonic well-being at the workplace and in everyday life.
