KommA is the forum for science and industry in German-speaking countries for all technical/scientific issues relating to industrial communication.
This year, Eberhard "ebbse" Wahl, Managing Director of Trumpf Tracking Technologies, will give the keynote speech. He will speak about the new OMLOX standard as a cross-manufacturer localization system. Eberhard Wahl has focused on innovations in the area of tension between market pull and technology push. He has already successfully accompanied various technology changes and initiated a large number of new products.
"The 15th edition of KommA will once again feature very interesting specialist contributions - and with the Innovation Campus Lemgo, we are offering an inspiring environment for the event," promises Prof. Dr. Jürgen Jasperneite from the Institute for Industrial Information Technology at TH OWL. This year, current topics such as TSN, 5G, cybersecurity and much more are on the agenda.
As usual, there will be plenty of time for networking and developing new project ideas in addition to the specialist presentations. A special highlight will once again be the evening event - where the focus will be on scientific exchange in a convivial atmosphere - promises the organization team of the two annual colloquia KommA and BVAu.
The event is organized by the Institute for Industrial Information Technology (inIT) of the Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Lemgo and the Institute for Automation and Communication (ifak) e.V., Magedburg. The event is supported by the Gesellschaft für Informatik and the Informationstechnischen Gesellschaft des VDE.
